  • "We were looking for a someone with the knowledge in regenerative farming systems to help us find the constraints and limiting factors in our grazing enterprise, develop an action plan, assist us in implementing that plan and unlock the full potential of our land. Courtney ticked all the boxes and we started implementing immediately. Fantastic.

Past Projects

A Grazing Property in Transition: North East Victoria

A 49-hectare cattle property in north-east Victoria with good bones and real ambition. This new-to-farming couple came to Tenderground wanting to grow more grass, raise healthier cattle, and build a farm that could handle whatever the climate throws at it. Here's what the soil told us, and what we're doing about it.

A 390-hectare sheep grazing property in central Victoria, run by a couple with five years of holistic planned grazing already under their belts. The grazing management was genuinely impressive, but soil constraints and a lack of plant diversity was holding them back. Here's what we discovered and the action plan we developed.

The clients had groundcover, good intentions and a clear set of values. Tenderground coaching helped them develop a clear picture of what was happening below the surface, and a plan that connected soil, pasture and vine health to the outcomes they were after.
